Here’s how it works:
When you purchase your ticket, email a clear photo of your pet to [email protected] within 24–48 hours. We'll prepare a pre-stenciled ornament based on your photo and provide all the painting supplies you need.

Cancellation Policy: We understand things can happen and you may not be able to make our event. Refunds are available up to 48-hours prior to the event by email request. Any cancelations after a 48-hour notice will not be subjected for a refunded.
